Anti-social Behaviour (Parties)
If at any time we become aware of antisocial behavior or a party in one of our apartments we may cancel the booking immediately, and evict the guests. If we do so, this will be treated as a cancellation by you, no refund of any monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made and we will not have any liability to you as a result of this situation arising (including, for example, any costs or expenses you incur due to not being able to occupy the apartment). In this situation, we are not under any obligation to find any alternative accommodation.
Earliest check-in time:14:00, Latest check-out time:11:00.
If you are not able to check-in during office hours a meet and greet at your apartment can be arranged for an extra fee of £35.00. To arrange a meet and greet please contact us not less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (where
CCA reserves the right to charge guests a damage deposit of up to £250. Following an inspection of your apartment CCA will refund the deposit (not more than 7 days after departure), less any charges for deep cleaning and or
For the safety and convenience of all guests, a strict no smoking policy applies throughout the accommodation. If we detect smoke inside one of our apartments you will be billed £250 for fumigation.
Keys will be provided upon check in and must be returned upon departure. If you fail to return your keys we will levy a charge; this may include the cost of changing the lock. Lost / Not returned Keys are charged at £50 per set.
Damages & Deep Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be sold due to said damages CCA also reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can
be deemed fit for purpose.
The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented / photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other
arrangements are requested at the time of departure.
You are advised to make arrangements for insurance cover for personal belongings. We also strongly advise that you do not leave money or valuables (such as small pocketable items) in view in the property for security purposes.
Cancellation & No show:
For stays of 1-28 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights (booking under 7 nights forfeit the entire value). No shows – same charge
For stays of 29+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights. No shows – same charge
Group bookings (2+ apartments): Please enquire as special terms apply.
For stays of 1-6 nights, the full cost of the booking will apply irrespective of the guest’s early departure.
For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 7 days prior to the guest’s new departure date.
Note: Should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.You may be subject to a retrospective rate increase
